About Us
The Rensberger Family
We moved to our property in the summer of 2019. Since then, we have remodeled, refinished, and redone much of the house. The farm itself had also gotten lots of work done, including insulation and electricity in all the barns, a new shop for all the projects, and many other small repair projects. Everything we have added has been in the best interest of us or our animals and has shaped Viking Farm into the beautiful plot of land it is now. With much more planned for the future, there will always be something going on.
Our Story
We’re always on the go, enjoying a bunch of sports and activities that keep us busy and having fun! Lindsay went to college three times with degrees in zoology, business, and nursing. It’s like she trained for this her whole life. Ryan’s first career was with the United States Air Force. He went some places and flew some airplanes. He is trained in mechanical engineering and doesn’t need instructions for anything regarding machinery. Our children- Eva, Jonny, and Bridget- all help out when we can get them to. They specialize in mud, making mud, and spreading mud throughout the house.
How It All Started
Before all the awesomeness, all we had were three little Viking children. Thus, the beginning of Viking Farm.
